Reverend Dr. Sheri Perl is an Afterlife Research and Education Institute ITC facilitator. She is the author of Healing from the Inside Out and the Outside In and Lost and Found: A Mother Connects-Up with Her Son in Spirit Sheri is the developer of The Prayer Registry, a website honoring children who have passed.
Sheri Perl joined the AREI community at its inception due to her own life-long interest in afterlife research. Her interest began in 1971 when, out of desperation, she contacted the late British spiritual healer Harry Edwards and was miraculously healed after 4 years of suffering with debilitating illness. This healing, the source of which was invisible, opened Sheri up to the presence of spirit. From her introduction through spiritual healing, Sheri discovered mediumship and studied under the late medium Jane Roberts and her communicating entity Seth.
From that time on, Sheri continued her education, exploring many diverse teachings eventually becoming a writer, teacher, interfaith minister and practicing healer/advisor. When her son Danny passed from an overdose in 2008, her work expanded to bring healing to the bereaved as well. Her books “Healing From the Inside Out and the Outside In” and “Lost and Found-A Mother Connects-Up With Her Son In Spirit” are both available at amazon.com.
In July of 2009, Sheri formed The Prayer Registry, a free service for bereaved parents in which all the children registered receive prayer on the anniversary day of their passing. The Prayer Registry is located at her website: sheriperl.com/the-prayer-registry and anyone is welcome to join.
In April of 2016 Sheri began recording EVPs. Today, with the help of her son Danny, Sheri is recording conversations between parents and their deceased children. Sheri wrote, “I hope to teach this form of communication to many others because it has given me so much joy to have this connection to Dan.”
Linking Parents with Their Children in the Afterlife
Sheri is using Instrumental TransCommunication to record the messages from children who have passed away to their parents. She calls the work “Lost and Found.” Sheri is using the North American Station for transmission and recording the voices on her laptop. The voices are most often one to three words, with some very clear statements and some less clear because of limitations of the signal coming from the Station. This is a very early time in the development of our link to the North American Station on the other side. Anyone who listens to the voices must understand that many are difficult to hear and some can be heard only by a trained ear. We’re expecting the transmissions to be clearer as the Station matures.
Sheri asks parents who want to connect with their children in spirit to call her. She puts the phone up to a recording microphone so the parents can ask their children questions. Sheri records the questions and the background noise. The parent and Sheri don’t hear the child respond at that time. When Sheri plays back the recording she has made, the child’s response may follow the parent’s question. The responses are often difficult to hear. Sheri shares only those she can verify as clear enough to be heard easily.
Example Recordings for Parents
Example recordings follow. You will hear the background noise of vocal nonsense syllables. They’re cut up words people spoke, but there are no whole words in the background noise. Those in spirit transform the meaningless noise into words.
In the example that follows, a mother speaking over the phone begins her session with her son in spirit. This is her first statement and the response Sheri and the parent heard when they played back the recording. You will hear the mother say “Hi Sweety” and his immediate response, “Hi mom.”
Another mother on the telephone says, “Alexandria, are you happy?” You will hear “All the time.”
A mother asks, “Are you in Heaven.” The answer, “I am.”
A mother asks, “I love you, and I just want to know, do you still love me?” The answer, “I love you.”
You will hear a child in spirit say, “We’re all proud of you.”
The mother asks, “Adam, it’s Mom. I want to know, are you at peace?” The response is “I am Mommy.”
In this example, the mother on the telephone says, “Hi Justin, it’s Mom.” You will hear “Hi Mom.”
You will hear the child in spirit say, “The confidence started in you.”
Children in the Afterlife Respond to a Roll Call
Recently, Sheri asked the children of parents she is working with to come through with their names. She has had over 300 responses and is in the process of categorizing them now.
